I have been with BolehVPN for over three years now and correct me if I'm wrong but there does not seem to be any real policy, but an accepted connection rate in the community at large is (3) simultaneous connections. Chris or someone else can correct me if I'm wrong, but that's always been the accepted answer in the security group & forums & my own personal experience.
