I use Bolehvpn on my utorrent only. I have do the setting on utorrent. I was wondering by using this method will my ip kept in anomy?

I don't know what anomy is. I'm going to assume to mean anonymous. If so, yes, using the VPN proxy server setting in your utorrent will mask your Streamyx IP.

only torrent .... how about other format file like exe .... I do get patch file in exe format ... does BolehVPN help?

Huh? Torrent files come in all formats... I don't understand the question.

what I understand, bolehvpn is vpn that help people to download file using torrent ... can bolehvpn help me download exe file type
I trying to download patch file over internet but it is in exe file format

Usually .exe files are downloaded in .zip, .rar. iso and other compressed methods format in the form of torrent. It's very rare to see a single .exe file as a torrent itself. If I want to download any single .exe files, mostly I direct download them. You have to set your web browser with the vpn proxy settings for better direct download speed.
