I want to buy a 500GB IDE HDD ASAP. Need it for my camera recording. If possible, tomorrow I can get it. I need it before 3-12-2007.Please PM me or call me at 012-9280993 if u have any.

why IDE man...even mobos don't really support IDE anymore.

he must have been using an old rig with no SATA port. also can use SATA hdd, but buy also the SATA-IDE adapter for rm40.

Its not for my rig but for my house camera to record things longer.. My rig use SATA.

I bought the adapter and its not detected by my bios. and there is not update. so sad. i have 2 IDE hdd. its from my old rig.
any idea how to get it to work?

i bought two SATA-IDE adapter last week and one of them fault, also can not detect, you sure it is your system not detecting?
maybe you can just buy the 2/4 ports SATA PCI card.
