Do you know how TMNET block / shape p2p traffic?
Block protocol ? Bandwidth Management ? or Limit Concurrent connection ?

I believe it's a form of packet inspection, p2p packets are given less priority than others.

With a VPN, whatever goes through the VPN is encrypted and secured against this. So TMNet can't know the contents of your packets.
