Update: I was finally able to connect to FullyRouted-Canada -- one time.  After disconnecting/reconnecting, I got stuck again at 99%.  Still same issue with FullyRouted-France.

Guess it's Boleh server issues?

Is it just these two servers? Are you on wired or wireless? How's your signal strength?

You behind a corporate firewall?

Chris, in addition to Canada and France, I also had trouble with Luxembourg and Hong Kong (I only use FullyRouted).  Other than a video card swap, there were no changes to my system, and I've never had such an issue before.  (I've been primarily using France for the past couple of months.)

What's weird now is that I was able to connect to all the other servers just ten minutes ago, but was still unable to connect to France.  Then when I tried all the other servers again, I'm again getting stuck at 99%.  Not sure what's going on...

To answer your other questions: I'm on a strong, wired connection, no corporate firewall.

Our France server is working well, I just managed to connect to it and been using it for a while with no issues. Is your connection a personal internet line? Try the TCP servers as well, or the Cloak servers.

Just got connection to France.  Everything seems fine now.  Must've been a weekend server glitch.

Consider case closed.  Thanks.
