New User - Trying Out Trial

Hi,

I don't know if this is a common problem when purchasing the trial, but I have paid via Paypal, but my account is stating that my order still needs to be paid?
Obviously I have double checked my Paypal etc and payment has been made etc..
Is the activation etc done manually or kinda automated?
Any advice helpful..

Apologies for the delay, sometimes it takes a while for our gateway to process your payment. I believe your order has been processed and activated right now.

I am having this exact same problem.  Its been about 45 min since I placed the order through paypal for a renewal and am still not able to use bolehvpn.  Whats wrong with the ordering system?
