Which service should connect to for Usenet access so as not to impact speed?

Hi,

I see in your list of configurations that Usenet is not mentioned, I don't want to impact download speed excessively but I still want the benefits of anonymity, would Fully Routed be best?

Yup. With FullyRouted all your traffic is routed through the VPN. Speed depends on your routing to the server, usually the closest geographical server should give good speeds.
