if i using vpn for p2p program,can those police officer track my ip ?

They can know u're downloading from our server but can't see what you're downloading nor where is the source of the download.

It is compatible with all clients that support socks proxies properly.

Utorrent is one of them.

Whether your tracker accepts it is another issue :P
