We have switched our preferred remote access system from Logmein to TeamViewer.

1. Ensure you have done the Speed Troubleshooting guide  (http://www.bolehvpn.net/forum/index.php/topic,61.0.html)and read the Installation Guide (http://www.bolehvpn.net/serv_bolehvpn.html) again
2. Download Teamviewer (http://www.bolehvpn.net/downloads/TeamViewierQS.exe) and install it.
3. Run TeamViewer.
4. Once done, please e-mail us at support@bolehvpn.net (support@bolehvpn.net) and request to set up an appointment. Keep your TeamViewer open. Please state your available times and your teamviewer ID and password. We will reply to you via e-mail once we confirm a time to look into your computer.
5. If the problem is non VPN related there may be a surcharge incurred but this is rare.
