Hi there,

Will BolehVPN please consider to implement chat support rather than just ticket support and email please?  I find that chat support is quite useful as it is fast response.

I am having problem with my RT-N16 (Tomato Firmware) as it is not able to connect to BolehVPN.  I had contacted support via ticket, however, the response time is too long.  The ticket was generated on 30 January 2014 but the problem is still not solved yet.   :'(

Hope BolehVPN is able to consider it.

I was actually thinking it would be nice to have an IRC channel on some server, where the geeks could hang out and chat VPN, security, torrents, get help, etc... :)

We used to have an IRC channel but closed it down due to lack of use. We do have the Zopim live chat on our main website you can use.

What is your ticket number? I'll have a look into this and see why it's delayed.
