Hi artfog, the only thing I can make out at this point in time is that you possibly tried connecting a few times and it shows this in the logs so it's seems locked up, or another OpenVPN is also running at the same time, or the adapter is disabled...

All TAP-Win32 adapters on this system are currently in use.


Try restarting your computer and try again...

P.S. artfog got this fixed for those reading....
