WhiteNoise I'm a tech and I'll tell you that all you need is one good antivirus program running active on your system like Avast or Avira.
Malwarebytes is good as a 'On Demand Scanner' but not resident running in the background.
Proper computer security needs to have the end-user running several On Demand Scanners from time to time checking the system, like Malwarebytes, SUPERAntiSpyware, Spybot Search & Destroy, etc... But they are never needed to be resident running in the background along with a good AV app, it's just a waste...
So kill Malwarebytes from running at startup and just scan with it weekly as a On Demand Scanner...
