Using VPN on Laptop in Different Homes?

I'm close to buying this service, but I need to find out if I can use my laptop in different locations. For example some weeks I stay with one parent, and the next week I stay with another parent. Obviously the IP address I am connected to will be different depending where I am staying.

Can I only use the VPN service at the one IP in the one house? Is the VPN "tied" to the first IP registered with?

I'm hoping I can bring my laptop with me and not have to worry where I am, as long as I can still use the VPN.

You can bring your laptop with you and use it from different locations, no problem. Our service is not tied to specific IPs. However, you will not be able to use from different locations simultaneously, so no leaving the VPN on on your desktop at home and using your laptop from your parents place at the same time.

You will be unable to connect to the server if you have it on from multiple locations.
