Poor internet hotspot - is this why I can't connect to Boleh?

Sorry if this is a dumb question but I've been trying to connect to Boleh using a poor wifi hotspot but it won't connect.  Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Boleh and have done a ping test which was a total failure.  Just wanted to check there wasn't anything I can do to rectify this problem please.

Poor wifi will not be able to get connection, you will probably see a lot of error WSA reset messages.
But then how poor is poor? What you need is a stable connection that will not disconnect every few minutes.

Thanks for the quick response.  It's pretty poor - only 1 or 2 bars but it doesn't disconnect every few minutes.  I can use it to browse and usually stream videos but not always.

Does this wifi hotspot require you to login using a web proxy?
