« on: March 17, 2015, 09:46:21 AM »
Anybody using Deluge 1.3.11, have u notice it cant still connect to peers without proxy.
I've set it to use proxy only but looks like it is using normal connection.
btw I just upgraded to win 8.1 64 , didn't notice this issue in win732.

Hi,

We recommend switching to qBittorrent as it's easier to use and to also bind to a specific interface. You can see details on how to do that here: https://www.bolehvpn.net/forum/index.php?topic=7951.msg43862#msg43862

You could set the incomplete downloads to a specific folder if that's what you mean. Other than that I don't think so.

tried that doesn't work going to try run external program upon completion to move completed files. They have move .torrent files upon completion but no move for the actual download files :)
