How to downgrade from Windows 10 via update and security settings
If you have installed Windows 10 on a Windows PC, it has the old Windows version restored in a folder called 'Windows.old'. Although keeping the older version along with the new one occupies a lot of space, you have the option to restore the version through Windows 10.
Step-1: Open Windows Start menu, by clicking on the icon in the bottom left corner of the screen
Step-2: Select Settings from the menu
Step-3: You should get an option- Update & Security, click it
Step-4: On the next page, you will be presented with a list of options in the left, click Recovery
Step-5: You will now get the main pane with a variety of option. Click Go back to Windows 7/8.1 (whichever version you want)
THEN after going back to your original OS
U need to do this to prevent accidental windows update back to Win 10

Note do not choose install update automatically in windows update KB3035583 gets install automatically if you do.

MS still list the Win 10 update checked in the Windows Update section, they really want you to update. remember not to check KB3035583 this update is there too as important from recommended status. Have to do windows update manually.

Just use Linux and be done once and for all from Windows! ;)

It may come to that if MS keeps pushing its users with win 10

I use Windows very rarely, like to do something in Word, since the rest of the world uses it. I'm not sure I still trust Libre Office to do good reproduction of the docs...
Gaming in Windows, yes, still the best.
But surfing in Windows online, forget it!
