Can I set up multiple ports for forwarding?

I currently use Dynamic DNS, remote admin software, and custom port numbers to remotely manage a number of hosts on a single network.

With the fully routed servers, can I set up one port to be forwarded for each of my managed hosts?  I can't seem to find an FAQ for port forwarding.
