There is too many softwares in a CD to list them all.
Been using Hiren since 3 years ago. It's a MUST HAVE to all PC Technicians.
Anything from Scanning virus, Partition tools, HDD tools, System tools, Network tools, Dos tools... almost everything.
Best thing you can run it in DOS mode and there is a Mini XP for you to boot via live CD.
