Suspected Network Sharing Device

After I connected to the server using bolehroute method, I went to http://whatismyipaddress.com/ to check my ip.  I noticed that next to Proxy, "Suspected Network Sharing Device" was stated in red (see attached picture).  Is this a concern for security?

Nope it isn't. It's similar to the WIMIA test. If anything it can be said that since more ppl are using the IP, it makes it harder to pinpoint who exactly is the user of the IP.
