Title: Ordered BUT lost a week!

I just ordered a two year renewal after receiving an email stating my subscription is due to expire in one week. I find that there is a two-year renewal at a discounted price. I pounced on it and then activated the service. BUT I lost a week in the process. Can I get that week back?

Hi there,

You didn't lose a week. Any time that remains on your old subscription is automatically brought forward and added to your new subscription when you renew early. You can do this by checking the math yourself, or let me know your bolehvpn username and I'll show you the math.
