Running Dota 2 on campus

Hello

I am currently using FullyRouted-TCP-EU to run Dota 2 on my university.
however its a little bit lag.

Is there a better configuration to play Dota 2 (or steam generally)?

Where is your location? I would suggest FullyRouted-HongKong if you're in Malaysia. However, there will always be a bit of latency issues if you're using a VPN.
