What makes Boleh vpn disconnect suddenly?

Normally when i connect to the boleh vpn client a bubble pops up saying that the connection to the server (in my case Luxembourg) is established. Today for the first time the vpn suddenly disconnected and there was no pop up to warn me that the vpn connection was down. Only by checking the Network and Sharing centre in windows did i notice that the vpn was down.

How can i fix this problem/make sure it dosent happen again?


I dont want to use proxies as i hear they can leak your information sometimes -it this correct with the proxies that boleh provide?

No i cant-in my panic of the vpn disconnection i turned the computer off.

Generally though what causes the vpn to disconnect randomly like this?

I can't help but notice the intense undercurrent of paranoia running through all your posts; what exactly is it that you're using the vpn as a shield against?

Sorry if i come across as paranoid-its just that i read stories all the time how people sue other people for intellectual property theft. Surely im not the only one with this fear?

Next time i will give logs if the vpn disconnects again...

We're working on an update to BolehVPN-GUI that will allow you to shut down any user-specified program in the event of a VPN disconnection.

You mean like binding a application to the vpn interface? very cool-where will this be posted about when this new feature comes-the boleh blog or somewhere here in this forum?

In 2-4 weeks you say? i was actually going to ask how much time was going to be needed. Thanks for answering that question.

Ideally im hoping this will securely bind the vpn interface to firefox and vuse since those are the applications i use the most.
