Query on FullyRouted

Currently, i'm using fullyrouted connection mode for my bolehVPN connection. Is it safe/secure for me choose the fullyrouted mode? 
I use it to download large file from filesonic host. Thank you

Yes, it requires no configuration of proxy settings in your programs, you should be perfectly safe.

I'm curious.  I've been using fully routed without a problem along with the Comodo firewall for certain applications.  I know that you have now encrypted routed servers as well.  Which connection is now recommended for various uses?

CORRECTION:   I meant to type that you have now encrypted proxied servers as well.  Which is better for various applications?

FullyRouted with Comodo firewall should give you maximum security.

Thanks for your reply Chris.  So what is the advantage of using proxied server now that they are encrypted?  Why would a customer now choose proxied over fully routed now that proxied is encrypted?  Is one type of server generally faster that the other perhaps?

Only programs which are told to will use our servers, if you only wanted your torrent client to proxy itself through our servers, the proxied servers would be your choice. Not everyone wishes to have all their internet applications routed through our servers, this affects their gaming / surfing / streaming too.

At this point both servers should return around the same speeds. Routing, location and luck have a greater effect on your speed than encryption.
