« on: March 06, 2009, 07:48:56 AM »
Ok, so I wanted to try bolehvpn to download files also from http links..
it's just that which/what proxy setting should I input on download managers like IDM coz I already tried the 10.10.10.1 :808 but doesn't seem to be working and I already set the openvpn to connect to the bolehroute server.. haven't tried others yet.

when bolehroute is connected, you don't have to do anything else. try the difference by visiting http://www.whatismyip.com

"Options error: --http-proxy or --auto-proxy MUST be used in TCP Client mode (i.e. --proto tcp-client)
Use --help for more information."

I got this error when entering the proxy to openvpn..so what should I do to set it back to TCP client mode?

Don't enter proxy into the openvpn. put it back to use openvpn settings.

you are putting the proxy settings into IDM.

What I meant was entering the proxy used for the LAN connection to openvpn, otherwise it can't connect to anything...
it just keeps giving me errors to use TCP Client mode, so how do I set openvpn to that mode?
