Hi there,

Our network admin was just doing some changes to the firewall on the server. It should be fixed now and working fine. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Are changes still being made? My connection to the UK Stream server died Friday night 9pm-ish (EDT). I cannot connect to any UK server at the moment. I am able to get a ping, but not a connection. Other servers seem to be working fine. I reinstalled Boleh v2.4.2 and TAP v9.9.2 with no change.

Updated to 2.4.3. Fully routed UK works. streaming and xcloak did not.

Here is the log from streaming-uk. I ended the connection attempt after it sat at 99% for a handful of attempts.

Fully Routed UK is not connecting via ddwrtT Router it connects via the 2.4.4 gui however. I can connect to the other european servers via ddwrt so has something changed with the UK port.

When we make changes to the servers that require you to update your config files, we'll always announce this on our social media, Facebook, Twitter as well as our blog. If you don't already, I suggest following us on Facebook or Twitter to get the latest updates on our service! We don't spam, I promise :)

Just looked on Facebook and can see the info about 2.4.4 update etc but can't actually see any mention that the port on UK had changed to 3006.

Just wondered if you could actually create an area somewhere where we could go to to see if anything had changed. Guess it would apply more to people who are using ddwrt routers as we have to manually change the ports if we want to use a different server. Save me going through my settings as I usually check everything first to try and make sure the problem is not at my end.

I also checked on the boleh website where the page for my account I can download the keys and within the download is the listings for the servers (Ip and Port) the uk fully routed still shows port 1001.
However if you download the same info from Download Subscription Activation/Download Inline Configuration Files and look at the UK Full Routed that one shows port 3006

Thanks again great service from you guys as usual.

Yup, I understand and apologize. For this update in particular, I forgot to make a new blog post regarding it. In the future just check our blog, we'll go into more detail in our updates there.

Could you check the download again?

Checked my User Panel

Download Key = UK Server still shows port as 1001
also the other 2 links are the same as yesterday first one is port 1001 and the second is 3006

Is it possible to have a page somewhere on the website that shows all the servers with their ip addresses and port numbers or even edit the server status page to show the info we could then go there quickly and check the relevant info we require.

Thanks for looking into this.

Thanks for the reply I have checked the Download Key files and it shows the UK Fully Routed as Port 1001 and the other 2 links are the same as of yesterday first link 1001 and second link 3006.

Is it possible to have a dedicated page for all the server IP and Ports or edit the server status page to show that info.

Thanks for looking into this.

That's weird. I don't see any issue with your keys. Try manually editing the ovpn for now.

I think that it's a bit too much setup for that dedicated page. We'll look into it though.

Hi Chris

Here are the 2 files attached the first is from the Download Keys link and shows server port 1001

The second one I have renamed with 3006 added and when you open it it correctly says port 3006. This file is downloaded from the lower of the 2 links to the right of download keys and begins with "Download Inline Configuration Files"

I am not sure if I remember seeing these 2 extra links until recently. Hope that's of use to help you.

Maybe another option would be to have a link on the user panel that downloads a notepad file with a list of all the server IP and ports. You could then date the file and we would know immediately of any server changes.

Thanks
