How to recover Forum password?

I am migrating from K-Meleon to Chrome.
I want to bookmark bolehVPN forum page
in Chrome. However I don't seem to remember
my current password. Is there anyway I can
recover this.

Logout and hit recover password? Or check the saved passwords in kmeleon?
