Low download spped on torrent

hi. i just recently purchase this vpn and stil figuring out how to use it. im currently on 4mb/s streamyx data plan.

ive already followed all the instruction in the guide yet stil have low download speed. which is low than 50kb/s. and no its not becuz of low seed or more leechers.

im using the fully routed france. pls help me!! :'(

Please load this test torrent, http://releases.ubuntu.com/13.10/ubuntu-13.10-desktop-amd64.iso.torrent and let me know what speed you get. Try the other FullyRouted servers as well

ive tried fully routed uk and got 400 kbps. its this the max speed i can get?

400 KiloBytes / second is about the maximum you can expect for a 4 mbps package. You are still limited by your basic internet connection unfortunately, can't get 10 mbps speed from a 1mbps connection even with a VPN.
