How can I get highID in emule(e2dk/kad) w/ fullyrouted servers

So I'm using Emule 0.50a (I've looked at the emule instruction and outside of the random ports only present in the morphxt version, I've always implemented the other options) and when I don't use a vpn, I have a tcp port (6xxxx) and another udp port (6xxxx) forwarded on my gateway to achieve highID. However, when using vpn and a fullyrouted server (like Netherland), I can connect to ed2k and kad networks (after forwarding same port for tcp/udp in the 6xxxx range), but e2dk is lowid and kad is firewalled.

How can I change that?
Are there specific ports that I should use on fullyrouted servers?
I have win7, bolehvpn-gui and using a 7-day trial.

Emule was crap when it came out and still crap, don't waste your time.

If you're into P2P I'd check out FST and see what else is decent to use besides Emule;

Use Fullyrouted sweden / switzerland / luxembourg and you'll get High ID. This is because those servers have all ports opened, and all our other servers do not.

Chris, thanks for the answer. Checking the servers status, Sweden/luxembourg are dedicated ip, what about switzerland? Also, how long is a dedicated ip valid for? As long as you are connected to it? Tied to account?

For the other fullyrouted servers, is there a specific port that I can use?

Switzerland is also dedicated IP. An IP is assigned to you when you connect until you disconnect, if you reconnect you may be assigned a new IP.

No of course old doesn't mean obsolete, I was just showing that the application hasn't had development in years that it could use...

I'd still recommend checking out FST, there are a lot better apps than Emule...

Do you use Emule to look for anything particular?
