as title say. I download torrent file from china. So i should use private or public? I can't get any speed from the service yet... now downloading speed only 20 - 10kb

Depends on the contents. If its chinese series then use  US private. But if its english titles then use the bolehroute for faster access.

well i'm actually downloading movie from china forum. Its a japanese movie. so consider as chinese series? or what? And US Private is ?

dw from china websie, first, use xunlei as dw machine. do some setting in proxy.
streamyx 1mb/xunlei, private tracker= 160-180 kbps, continously.
