Hi,
I always had a problem of frequent disconnection while using streamyx. There was once I complained to the customer service, and they said their log indicated that it is my site that requested for reconnection. Another incident is that after I complained like mad (for like 2 weeks, everyday calling them), the connection went so well that no disconnection at all for 3 days.

I highly doubt it has anything to do with router settings(which the streamyx personnel claimed) or anything to do with BolehVPN.
What am I suppose to complain for and any action I can take?
Oh yeah, btw I am using the 1Mbps package.
