I'm not quite sure what the issue here is. Could you clarify your complaints please?

When I surf through BolehVPN see the botnet blocked on OpenDNS on my personal account. Only through the UK Server. What if I do not use OpenDNS  Is it safe And often I can not connect to the EU server

Which program is giving you this message/notification?

Not an program

I get the message when I log into my OpenDNS account.
Logs are kept that only I can see
And I get this message only if I use BolehVPN.

Strange !!!!!! Ip is also the  EU and UK server with I use

Ignore it. Usually its the DNS saying that the server may have bots. openDNS is only serving DNS and the IP its detecting may simulate a botnet server.
