Its not for my rig but for my house camera to record things longer.. My rig use SATA.

I bought the adapter and its not detected by my bios. and there is not update. so sad. i have 2 IDE hdd. its from my old rig.
any idea how to get it to work?

i bought two SATA-IDE adapter last week and one of them fault, also can not detect, you sure it is your system not detecting?
maybe you can just buy the 2/4 ports SATA PCI card.
