Who is hdme.eu?
I don't know, to be honest. Framestor, the internal encoder of bit-hdtv for the past 7 months left bit-hdtv and went to hdme.eu.
Framestor will provide 1080p encodes while Flawless will provide 720p.

Why did Framestor leave bit-hdtv?
Not sure. I'm guessing Framestor lost a pissing contest, or a dick measuring contest. Its strictly a guess.

Framestor encodes suck anyway; despite the massive size of their releases, they still have not found a way to prevent hideous pixelation, banding, smearing, and a ton of other artifacts. Flawl3ss tends to over-sharpen theirs. Eureka, despite their encoder being a total egomaniac and a general dick, still produces the best quality encodes.

The above is not merely an opinion but indisputable fact.
