Synology NAS client settings

Hi

Synology now appear to support the diskstation acting as a client connecting to an external VPN as per the instructions on this http://www.synology.com/support/tutorials_show.php?lang=enu&q_id=523

What Im lacking are details from Boleh that I need to use when following this guide.  This is all new to me so apologies in advance if Ive missed something obvious.

Im trying to follow previous guidance but it appears the file names and even directory names of the NAS are a bit different - I dont know enough command line to get me around the place - is anyone able to post up an updated guide of this http://www.bolehvpn.net/forum/index.php?topic=5750.msg37004#msg37004  PLEASE - Thanks
