As stated at the LYN thread http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/593598 add RM15 to RM50(BolehBox) for BolehVPN service. My question is can someone who already subscribed to BolehBox but without the VPN service be eligible for the RM15 VPN service?

Yes they can do that as long BolehBox subs is active.
