Well to be honest if no one really knows of any places Google is your friend...

Also if you know the name of a movie you want to download, you could do a P2P Torrent search here;

And then when you can't find any torrents you could check on Usenet Search Engines if you use Usenet;

SO surf around looking for a list of TV shows & Movies then once you've found them search for torrents or Usenet as I mentioned before!

Now I found a place that listed some Movies;

Then I did a Usenet search and found it;

It took me only 1 minute to find this!

Look up for the link to Filesharing Talk and join that forum, it's the best for getting invites into trackers...

But check that forum out good and learn their etiquette so you get invites and not get banned or booted off. They do have their ways, so you need to follow the rules, then you'll be ok for invites...

Try also usenet browser usenethub.com, they have much different stuff. I don't know how taiwan sounds like but you can take a preview of any nzb file on the site to see which language it has
