It's suppose to be for ISPs but BTGuard and VPNs are mentioned,this will be interesting to see how it plays out...

We have not received any instructions from our provider on this matter yet and we do not keep logs in any of the servers except for troubleshooting connections issues. As slacker said, let us see how the enforcement going to play out.

This is interesting;

But notice it says VPNs based in North America, and BolenVPN isn't...
I've read a lot of this has to also do with copyrighted material posted on websites that they want taken down too for violations...
It will be interesting to see, but as I suspect, not an easy task to Police...

Thanks Boleh, please keep us updated on any news you hear that might impact the user!
Cheers!

It's been quite awhile now. Have you at BolehVPN received any further info on whether the Canada servers are actually safe to use?
-
Hi there,
We've had no updates on that so it's still safe. We still maintain root access to the servers, with no logging requirements imposed.

We can always look at the Canary; ;)
