Windows 10 - retrieval of configurations and keys failed

I have this error message after update my computer from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled back bolehvpn but it is still the same.  Can anyone help?

Tried running as Admin? Both version 2.4.5 and 3.0.3 doesnt work?

I"ve just renew my subscription and I'm getting this same messages. I have uninstall and install 3.0.5 but still fail. But boelhvpn work on my macbook.

Hi there,

Are both laptops on the same wifi? Try going to the Settings tab of the Windows client, hit Switch user and relog. Or change your password and see if that helps?

My windows 10 64-bit desktop is directly connected to my router whereas my macbook connect by wired poe. Already change password & uninstall, reboot and reinstall but problem still the same.

However this morning I downloaded openvpn connect for windows 10 and imported config file into it. It runs smoothly. Maybe Microsoft blocking BolehVPN GUI?

That's really weird. Could you drop us an email at support@bolehvpn.net with your logs / error with the BolehVPN GUI? We'd also need the setting.ini file that's in the BolehVPN installation folder.

Same problem on Win7 ESU.
Updated settings.ini as described in user dashboard news.
Still not working.
Any solution?
