TextEdit: The Freeware Text Editor

Freeware but it seems that the website is now currently defunct which is a real loss since this is perhaps one of the best freeware text editors around which I use on all my PCs to replace notepad.

Any screenies? I'm using Notepad++ now for my general text editor and PHP programming use though..
