What ports are specifically blocked in the Surf_Streaming profiles? The reason I ask is that services, such as a steam connection, fail when I try and connect through a Surf_Streaming profile. I can understand this for the p2p, mail etc but am unsure why I would be losing connectivity for steam?

Maybe the better question is what ports are implicitly allowed on Surf_Streaming?

Thanks,

All the standard ports for surfing (80/443/465/53/995) are open.
We will also open other ports upon request from users.
Please email or open support tickets for the ports that you need to use and its purpose. we will evaluate and decide if the port is safe from abused or not and will update you on the status.

All filesharing such as samba, netbios and smtp are closed due to high security risk in opening the ports to both users and devices.

Thank you
