I personally only do silkscreen atm, but i have contacts with suppliers that do print in large scales. I would recommend you to scout around for shops that provide the services i mentioned and list down the prices. Can help u compare prices with my suppliers' prices  ;)

quality of t-shirts can only be judged by touch. e.g. the roughness/softness of the fabric itself. If you want quality stuff, then obviously go for quality material like Lacoste Polo Ts & Hanes Tshirts.

should be ok i guess....btw, just make sure that the price of a blank shirt u r paying for (per piece) is not more than RM8. If you are, then scold ur cousin :P
