Hi, i using maxis broadband (postpaid) and my quota exceeded.
i wanna know that bolehvpn can maintain the original speed after has been throttled to 64/128 kbps?
ps: i searched this forum but all the answers are in last year.

No, not for Maxis. We can bypass the quota throttle for Celcom only.

As at today, 1/11/2013, can bolehvpn bypass throttled celcom broadband to meet its original speed? both prepaid and postpaid?

Unfortunately we cannot bypass any telco's quota throttles. Testing is ongoing on some though, but no results yet.

If we managed to bypass the throttle from telco aren't we getting risked of pro rated by them?

I shouldn't think so. The plan is technically unlimited data, just at a very low speed after a certain amount.
