This is a very rare error but since it took us hours to identify the problem, posting it here:
If you get this error in your tracker status:
Proxy connect error: Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted.
Your utorrent is probably corrupted. Uninstall your current version of utorrent and and download the latest utorrent.
The problem should be fixed.
