We have switched our preferred remote access system from Logmein to TeamViewer.
1. Ensure you have done the
Speed Troubleshooting guide and read the
Installation Guide again
2. Download
Teamviewer and install it.
3. Run TeamViewer.
4. Once done, please e-mail us at
support@bolehvpn.net and request to set up an appointment. Keep your TeamViewer open. Please state your
available times and your
teamviewer ID and password. We will reply to you via e-mail once we confirm a time to look into your computer.
5. If the problem is non VPN related there may be a surcharge incurred but this is rare.
