Unable to connect to VPN, no cipher match
« on: March 22, 2014, 02:54:42 AM »
I'm unable to connect to any of the Fully Routed servers, I can connect to BolehGeo USA Beta, but it does nothing, my IP address remains the same.

I can ping all the servers fine. I've uninstalled, restarted and reinstalled multiple times, running BolehVPN. It's also listed as trusted on my antivirus, as is OpenVPN.

I get the following error:

Checking installed tap driver...

Hi there,

It seems that you are not using the latest version of our client. This would account for the issues you've encountered. Please update to the latest version of our client.

If you are using 32 bit Windows, download this http://bolehvpn.net/downloads/BolehGUI241.exe
If you are using 64 bit Windows, download this http://bolehvpn.net/downloads/BolehGUI241x64.exe

If you are unable to access www.bolehvpn.net, try these:

https://portal.bolehvpn.net/download/BolehGUI241.exe
https://portal.bolehvpn.net/download/BolehGUI241x64.exe

Once you have downloaded the installer, uninstall your current version of the BolehVPN client and reboot your system. Then, run the installer as admin. Go to the Settings tab and hit Update configurations.

You should have no trouble after this.

I was an idiot, I was installng an older BolehVPN 214 instead of the new 241 which I had installed, didn't see the number mixup - all is fine now, thank you!
