Title: $25 for win7 professional key ? :/

saw a guy selling it at around $25, ultimate $30, no box no cd, nothing. i mean is that even possible? any idea ?

Its not possible. I am guessing that the keys are Key Generated

nope, genuine, can pass wga / installation activation .... i asked some users whom bought they oso say can pass.... office 2007 oso got .....

They might be MSDN keys or Microsoft Action Pack Subscription licenses. I received a full win7 pro retail license from MAPS via my office.

Forgot to add; if they are MSDN/MAPS licenses, they're illegal for sale.
