Time broadband

Goo day, Im going to subscribe to the time broadband network as it is the only available network here and no streamyx.

I been long user of bolehvpn. My question is does time also throttle speeds and torrents that i need to use bolehvpn plus if i do, does boleh vpn support time network?

or this particular network is torrent friendly and i do not need a vpn?

only a Time user or (maybe) Reuben can tell you if Time does cap p2p for time being, but there's no torrent friendly ISP on earth......
