Cal-Lab Lightning Isolators

Anyone have had any experience with this? The tech sounds really interesting but it being Malaysian...u know la :D

A client referred me to it and swears by it.

I am using it for both my modems and my other computer stuff. So far so good. And I also bought from this glk83 guy as well

hahaha...proud user of cal lab also...

as long as u install the device accordingly with proper earth..it shd serve it purpose when lightning strike it..

I already want to buy a few from him already but need to confirm with my other peeps and cause i'm recommending it to my condo residents want to make sure it's ok :D

Thing is, has ur stuff been hit by lightning? then only would u really know if the cal-lab worked or not.

Got hit before and its still working and i still dont need to change the fuse yet.

mine...already spoilt few unit becos of the lightning strike the phone line..normally it's the cal-lab device spoilt then other gadgets safe~

those spoilt unit..if you know which capacitor to buy..u can do the repair ur self :P

got it replaced once for RM25 (only damage the lightning isolator but pc and modem ok). it is cheap but not sure how reliable. do note that my area has very frequent ligthning strike.
