Massive Connectivity Issues on Streamyx

There is some massive routing connectivity problems on Streamyx at the moment so some of you might be having problems surfing to many sites.

Even local connectivity is seriously messed up:

So keep your hat on and don’t scream at us :D

In cases like this, BolehRoute might help by giving you an alternate route. This is assuming that your routing is ok to BolehRoute’s server to begin with (that means if you can get connected).

Luckily being a BolehVPN user, you are also granted to BolehRoute which pushes your entire internet connection through our VPN with zero configuration. If the route to BolehRoute is fine then you should be able to surf with it and do your regular stuff (except high latency specific applications like games, voice streaming).

THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED but is something you might want to try besides changing your Streamyx IP range :D Check by our forums for further info!

Update 14 July 2008:

This is still plaguing our network.

    Just a heads up.

You’ll be surprised on which servers are local and which are international. If you have FlagFox add on for your firefox, you’ll know that is actually located in the US! :)

Even some ‘international’ sites are actually located in Malaysia. Try Flagfox on ( a US tv program magazine site).

hey marc wrong place for support queries. Refer to our support forums.

However i am assuming you are using BolehRoute and as such, the DNS pushed is OpenDNS. you can read more about OpenDNS here at
