New Hong-Kong FullyRouted server and L2TP authentication changes!

As promised, we’ve just brought our replacement HK server online. It’s a fully-routed server, so just connect to it and you’re good to go. Please note that P2P speed may not be as great since it has limited bandwidth. More for those of our customers that needed Asian connectivity.

Additionally we’ve made some changes to our L2TP servers. Every user now has an individual login, which you can check and change from the L2TP setup page in your portal ( Changing your password should take a few minutes to update in your system, so please be patient!

Anybody able to get into HK servers? I been getting

    [UNDEF] Inactivity timeout (–ping-restart), restarting

All the time when I tried.

JJ: it’s currently down again due to some power failure which resulted in some hardware damage so they’re working to get it back up. We’ve been following up daily on this.

Not sure if others faced same situation as me but I usually faced DC with your L2TP after few hours. No issues with OpenVPN only L2TP at first I thought it was due to all of us sharing same login/pass that you set some restrictions but now with our own login/pass its still the same. Maybe you could check your system as to why this is happening? I never had DC issues with other vpn services L2TP.

  3. Rin says:

Both, which is why I brought this up. I mostly connect to US server though….
